San Francisco 49ers
While NaVorro Bowman might not be playing, the rest for the 49ers has been good. Seattle is more or less healthy setting up an even rematch at least in terms of injuries.
Six different Oakland Raiders were unable to practice on Thursday, leaving their statuses for Sunday’s game in Kansas City questionable. That could hurt the Silver & Black’s chances of securing a season sweep over their reeling AFC West rivals this weekend. But don’t worry: Linebacker Sio Moore will be on the field.
The 49ers face a team Sunday that John Madden believes is the best in the NFL right now.
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) – The Oakland Raiders are coming off an emotionally-charged victory over the San Francisco 49ers, their second win of the season. “They beat two pretty good teams,” John Madden told the KCBS […]

The 49ers season is still not over. They can still make the playoffs, and even if unable to do that still need to show the rest of the NFC West where they stand. The Chiefs have lost three in a row, and they are on the verge of playoff elimination—they might blame the Raiders for that, so there’s going to be some nasty waiting for Oakland this weekend.
For the second time this season, the Seahawks and 49ers will meet. Both teams need a win for their playoff hopes, but it’s the 49ers who are on the verge of being eliminated. San Francisco has not looked good the past two weeks and will need to quickly turn things around if they want to avoid their 3rd straight loss.
OAKLAND (KCBS) – To John Madden, Sunday’s game in Oakland was all about the rise of the Silver and Black, not the demise of the 49ers. “It was a great day for the Raiders,” Madden […]
