A 34-year-old man who has a long criminal history, including convictions for animal abuse and the brutal beating of an elderly woman, has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a teenage boy near San Leandro last week, according to Alameda County authorities.
California Highway Patrol have located a car of interest, allegedly driven by a suspect in Tuesday’s fatal hit-and-run that killed a 14-year-old boy who was riding a scooter. However, no arrests have been made.
