62-year-old Christopher Hubbart — a convicted serial rapist who has admitted to raping and sexually assaulting 38 women in California between 1971 and 1982 — will be released as soon as housing is found.
A union that represents 9,000 Santa Clara County employees, including 911 dispatchers, announced Wednesday that it has reached a tentative labor agreement with the county.
