Hundreds Protest Zimmerman Verdict In Oakland, San Francisco

Protesters of the George Zimmerman trial “not guilty” verdict swarmed the streets of Oakland and vandalized some buildings. In San Francisco hundreds marched in protest along Mission Street.

Oakland Activists Holding ‘National Hoodie Day’ Rally In Support Of Trayvon Martin

Activists were set to rally in Oakland Monday to mark the beginning of the Florida trial of George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last year.
