Assemblyman Jerry Hill says he doesn’t want fines PG&E will pay to California for the San Bruno pipeline fire and explosion to be swallowed up by the state’s general fund.

The reopening celebration on Saturday will showcase all of the modern new features and designs of the historic building.
The study found that major upgrades would be needed for the plan to come together.
