After a blur of off-season personnel changes, one NFL team is emerging as a favorite to win Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s Stadium – the Indianapolis Colts with new running back and former San Francisco 49er Frank Gore.
It’s estimated that as much as $6.3 million will be placed toward bets on Super Bowl XLVII before kickoff on Sunday afternoon, according to industry estimates. However, not all of that money will be wagered by gamblers on the actual game.
Bookmakers mostly have the San Francisco 49ers as 5-point favorites over the Ravens in the Super Bowl, amid expectations this could be the heaviest bet title game ever because of a monster matchup that pits brother versus brother.
The 49ers (6-1) are slightly ahead of the Packers (15-2). And even though I might prefer putting something on the Packers here, it’s hard not to roll with San Francisco given that it has home-field advantage.
