Oakland had five water mains break Monday after a 4.0-magnitude earthquake that morning and it’s possible a main that broke Thursday morning was also damaged in that quake.
Vallejo city officials say that service should be completely restored Sunday morning after a broken water main left many utility customers with little or no water pressure Friday and Saturday.
