Concord Elementary School Teacher Acquitted Of Child Molestation Charges; Jury Deadlocks On Others Counts
A Concord elementary school teacher was acquitted Thursday of molestation charges involving three former students and a Contra Costa County Superior Court jury deadlocked on counts involving nearly a dozen others.
Joseph Martin, a former teacher at Woodside Elementary in Concord, is facing 125 felony molestation charges.

A teenager was arrested by Concord police on Tuesday after he allegedly stole his teacher’s car and then led officers on a foot chase through a local elementary school, a police corporal said.
