Tale Of The Tape: Who’s Easier To Cheer For? Rex Ryan Vs. Rob Ryan

Rex Ryan and Rob Ryan are frequently grouped together like some kind of giant, living, breathing, cinnamon bun. But it’s not often that these two animated bros are held in comparison to each other. Today, we seek to right that wrong. Today we’ll finally answer the question – who’s easier to cheer for, Rex Ryan or Rob Ryan? Let’s go to the tape.

Rex Ryan

Rob Ryan

“Rex” is great! It’s like a dinosaur! Name? Meh. It’s fine.
Rex has your standard $12 haircut that you can set your watch to. how boring. Hair? Rob has long flowing hair, much like a proud lion.
I’m a Pats fan, but even without that qualifier...yes. Is He A Loudmouth? It seems that Rob has been better about keeping mum this season. Animated, yes. But there seem to be fewer quotes floating around.
Ew. Yes. Gross. Ugh. Publicly Known Fetish? Mercifully not.
Again, Pats fan here. I can’t vote for Rex. Never ever ever. More Likeable Team? But...as much as I legitimately like Drew Brees, and the city of New Orleans, and the nice story of the Saints' success post-Katrina...there’s still the whole Bountygate thing.
If there are any, I haven’t heard of ‘em Better Fan Interactions? Rob’s been spotting partying with Nola Locals at least twice this season. He’s in full on Bill Murray mode.

The winner is

Rob Ryan
5 out of 6

With a score of 5-2, Rob Ryan takes it! Man, his stock has really been rising ever since he left the Cowboys, huh?

Tale Of The Tape: A’s $1.2M Coliseum Rent Vs. $1.1M Craig Gentry Salary

The current proposed lease extension for the Oakland Athletics at the O.co Coliseum calls for the team to pay $1.25 million in rent for the 2015 season, more than most Bay Area studio apartments, but a pretty skimpy dent in a Major League Baseball operating budget. By Comparison, backup outfielder Craig Gentry is being paid $1.15 million this year. So what kind of return on investment are the A’s getting? Let’s compare.
