Grab dad and join a multitude of other families to enjoy this century-old Mill Valley tradition. Weather at the top of the mountain can be very hot, so make sure to bring plenty of water in addition to a picnic lunch to enter into the Picnic Contest held on Father's Day. Outdoor-loving families can choose to hike up the mountain, while those with small children may prefer to drive to the theater. Come early for pre-show entertainment and the best parking, or to purchase on-site food and drinks. Don't forget to bring padded stadium seats or a blanket to sit on.
