There are a myriad of great spots to watch sports all over the San Francisco Bay Area, whether it is basketball, baseball and even soccer with the women’s World Cup having just dominated the scene. Probably the biggest sport in the Bay Area, with eight Super Bowl wins between both local teams, is football. Although the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders have an obvious following in the Bay, the eclectic people that populate the surrounding cities and counties come from all over the country and have their own favorite team. No matter who you root for, there is usually a place for fellow fans to watch the games together. We take a look at some of the best spots the Bay Area has to offer to watch opening weekend of the NFL season.

Filled with 49er colors and memorabilia, with 27 TVs available, it would impossible to miss your team’s game. The Blue Chip’s food menu is just as impressive; along with the normal burgers and finger-foods, they also feature a wide variety of cheesesteaks including teriyaki, pizza, fish and the traditional cheesesteak.
