Brix runs an exquisite buffet brunch on Sundays. The restaurant offers a true gourmet experience that sets a standard in the buffet world. Executive Chef Chris Jones runs the kitchen, and he showcases his skills in this gourmet buffet. Choose from a seafood bar with oysters, shrimp, salmon and clams; a wood oven for pizzas and quiches; a charcoal grill with housemade sausage and apple wood smoked bacon; or the cheese board, among others. Eat to your heart's content knowing you are tasting some of the area's finest cuisine. Once you've eaten your fill, take a stroll through the stunning nearby gardens. Reservations are recommended.

Try Gaia's Dahl, offered each day. The Indian lentil stew is made fresh daily, along with a second soup of the day. Ample parking behind this restaurant is convenient. This buffet is located within the Cache Creek Casino and is an all-you-can-eat dream. While your wallet may not like your newly formed gambling habit, it will definitely agree with the cheap buffet that caters to many food genres - Italian, Chinese, American, Mexican and a grill station. There are at least six dishes offered from each region to choose from. You will leave satisfied and energized. The food is good and hearty, and the atmosphere will make you believe you are at a Vegas buffet.
