Milpitas Faced To Lay Off Dozens Of City Workers

Milpitas was relying on redevelopment agency money to cover their budget gap, but with that money gone from last year's state budget cuts, the city is laying off 52 employees, 14 percent of the staff. Kiet Do reports.
