Bay Area Transportation Officials May Study Pay-Per-Mile Tax

Transportation officials may study the feasibility of charging drivers a tax for miles driven in the Bay Area. While officials say it wouldn't be a reality anytime soon, some are concerned about privacy. Linda Yee reports.
