Oakland Mom, Daughter Found Safe After Amber Alert Abduction

Angelica Lopez, 17, and her daughter Enalina Hernandez were believed to have been taken against their will by 19-year-old Marcos Hernandez, police said. They were founds safe in Oakland Thursday.
