Isaac Floods Gulf Coast As It Moves Slowly

Tropical Storm Isaac has dumped more than a foot of rain in some areas of the Gulf Coast since it made landfall on Tuesday. Meanwhile, levees in New Orleans are working so far. Drew Levinson reports.
