California Dems Promise To Pay The Bills After Prop. 30, Legislature Wins

Governor Jerry Brown, Senate President pro Tem Darrell Steinberg and other lawmakers talked Wednesday of their obligation to pay California's debts following the passage of Proposition 30 and the election of Democratic Supermajorities in the Assembly and Senate.
