2 Arrested In Oakland Road Rage Shooting Over Cellphone Video
Oakland Police spokeswoman Johnna Watson said a couple driving in a car noticed a man driving recklessly and the husband, who was the passenger, began recording him on a cellphone. They were identified as 21-year-old James Crosby and 39-year-old Michael Meadows, both of Oakland. Christin Ayers reports.
