Detroit Mayor Works Off World Series Wager In SF

Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee wagered some community service to be performed at the winning team's home city ahead of the world Series between the Giants and Tigers. As Ken Bastida reports, Bing was in town to pay up Monday.
