Man, Woman Gunned Down In San Pablo; Child Found Unharmed

Officers responded to a report of gunshots at 12:44 a.m. in the 1800 block of Powell Street to find Edgar Canpano and Blanca Arguetta, both 30, each suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, San Pablo police Lt. Jeff Palmieri said. Ken Bastida reports.
