BART Outlines New Approach To Ban Unruly Riders From Trains
Assaults on station agents - along with public urination, drug use, drug dealing - have prompted the Bay Area Rapid Transit Board of Directors to introduce a "Prohibition Order" that targets unruly riders to keep them off of trains. Ken Bastida reports.
