Bridge Official Detail Plan To Fix Bad Bolts
California Transportation Commission Executive Director Andre Boutros released a $5 to $10 million plan at a meeting of the Bay Area Toll Authority on Wednesday morning. He said officials are still hopeful they can open the bridge on schedule on Labor Day. Ann Notrangelo reports.
