California May Allow For Flexibility In Prosecuting Some Drug Crimes
California law is cut and dry when it comes to drugs such as heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine. A new proposal allows prosecutors to choose between a felony and misdemeanor in some cases. Sharon Chin reports.
