Electric Cars Spark ‘Charge Rage’ In Bay Area
As more Bay Area drivers switch to electric cars, many of them are dealing with a shortage of places to charge their vehicles. The shortage has sparked a phenomenon called “charge rage” in some locales. Kiet Do reports.
