Water Released From Mendocino Lake Despite Dry Conditions
More than a year ago, before the drought put pressure on people to conserve, Lake Mendocino held plenty of water. But in a routine move, the Army Corps of Engineers released a third of the water in the lake, just in case. Allen Martin reports.
