NEW YORK (AP) – He might want to tell Madonna he’s crazy for her, but a fan who was arrested while proclaiming his love near her New York City apartment is being told to stay at least 10 blocks away.

The 59-year-old retired firefighter was arrested last month. Linhart’s lawyer has said the messages weren’t threatening – just signs of being a fan.
