Inside Kim Kardashian's 30th Birthday Bash

LAS VEGAS (ET) - Kim Kardashian celebrated the big 3-0 in Las Vegas on Friday, and she dished to ET about being "freaked out" about turning 30 and buying herself "everything [she] thought [she] wanted" for her birthday -- including a Rolls Royce!

The reality star, who turns 30 on Thursday, Oct. 21, partied at TAO Las Vegas at The Venetian, telling ET, "I'm not gonna lie, I think 30 just sounds so old."

Kim, who wore a dress by John Richmond and spiked Christian Louboutin heels -- a birthday gift from her sisters Kourtney and Khloe -- said, "I'll get over it. I feel well accomplished and I feel blessed and I don't feel 30, but I'm a little freaked out."

When it comes to gifts, she didn't wait for friends or family to pick up her favorite things -- she gave herself all she wanted! "I buy myself a gift every year so this year I bought everything that I thought that I wanted," Kim said.

Her big present -- an ultra-luxury car. "I got a new Rolls Royce," Kim divulged. "That's pretty nice, right? I work hard, so I figured, I'm 30, I deserve that."

Does the reality TV personality feel pressure to have kids now that she's almost 30? "I feel the pressure all the time, from my mom. But, it'll happen when it's meant to be," she explained.

Also on hand for the fun were her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, brother Rob, mom Kris Jenner, and friends such as La La Vazquez, Brittny Gastineau and Kelly Rowland.

During the party Kim and her group feasted on Asian specialties including sea bass, sushi and chicken satay. TAO even presented Kim with a special gift: a pair of Diamond Everlon earrings. After dinner the group partied in a VIP skybox overlooking the club, where Kim and her sisters got on the mic to give shout-outs to the crowd.

Then they hit the dance floor and partied 'till just after 2 a.m.
