Oliver Leads San Jose State To 78-66 Victory

SAN JOSE (AP) ― Adrian Oliver had 25 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists as San Jose State beat Fresno State 78-66 on Saturday night.

Calvin Douglas added 18 points, Justin Graham had 16 points and seven assists, and Will Carter came off the bench with 11 points and 12 rebounds for the Spartans (10-10, 2-7 Western Athletic). San Jose State had lost three straight and seven of eight before building an 18-point lead against the Bulldogs, then holding on for the win.

Oliver was 7 of 15 from the floor and had five 3-pointers as he moved two points past Wally Rank into third place on San Jose State's career scoring list. Oliver's rebound and assist totals were both season-highs.

Kevin Olekaibe scored a career-high 29 points for Fresno State (8-12, 3-6). After going 3-0 to start the WAC, the Bulldogs have dropped their last six conference games.
