UNION CITY (CBS SF) – Union City police were looking for a man who inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl Monday, police officials said.

The girl was walking near Kennedy Park when a man tried to strike up a conversation and then touched her inappropriately, officials said.

The girl walked to a nearby business and called a family member to pick her up, police said.

The suspect is described as a black man, 5 feet 7 inches, and about 170 pounds.
