Antioch Homicide Suspect Spotted On Sac State Campus

SACRAMENTO (CBS/AP) -- Police have stepped up patrols on the campus of California State University, Sacramento, on reports that a homicide suspect was spotted there.

Nineteen-year-old Michael Pulliam-Banks is wanted in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old man in Antioch last December.  Three other suspects have been arrested and are awaiting trial in Contra Costa County.

Investigators believe Pulliam-Banks was on the Sacramento campus Tuesday to visit an acquaintance who lives in a residence hall. The suspect is not a university student.

Investigators have searched the room and interviewed the resident, but Pulliam-Banks remained at large. He's described as an African-American who's 6-foot-2 and 164 pounds with tattoos on the back of his hands and neck, two piercings on each ear and a goatee.

Police said he is considered armed and dangerous.  Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call Antioch police Detective Mellone at (925) 779-6930.
