Chauncey Bailey Murder Trial Jurors Review Witness Testimony
OAKLAND (CBS SF) - Jury deliberations were to continue in Alameda County Superior Court Tuesday in the trial of former Your Black Muslim Bakery leader Yusuf Bey IV and Antoine Mackey on three counts of murder for the deaths of journalist Chauncey Bailey and two other men in Oakland in the summer of 2007.
Already, the jury had been engaged in deliberations for more than seven days. During that time, jurors had asked that testimony of a key prosecution witness be read back to them. It was expected that additional testimony from that same witness would be read to jurors again on Tuesday.
