1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup wine vinegar
3 TBS orange marmalade

1″ piece fresh ginger, sliced and crushed
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over one disjointed chicken and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Broil over charcoal or on a broiler pan in the oven.
