SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) — Ten of San Francisco’s top food trucks lined up Saturday in Fort Mason to determine which served the best fare as part of the first annual Eater’s Choice Awards.

“So far the Sloppy Joe is the best,” Meng said after sampling a variety of foods including pork belly, ribs, and mac & cheese.
The top honors went to Little Green Cyclo and its’ three female owners, Monica Wang, Quinn Nguyen and former ping pong pro Susie Pham.READ MORE: Bacon May Disappear From San Francisco Bay Area Breakfast Menus
“I can eat it every day, we started serving banh mi, but now we’re known for our garlic noodles,” Pham said.
The three never thought they’d be winning awards by serving food out of a truck.
The competition, sponsored by Chase Sapphire Visa Signature, will hand over a check for $5,000 for a food-truck makeover for the women and also a $10,000 donation to Marin and San Francisco food banks.MORE NEWS: San Jose Motorcyclist Killed After Careening Into Tree
