Sabrina Meng of Redwood City knows great food when it hits her palate, trying a dozen or so dishes from what online voters determined to be the City’s finest when it comes to commercial food on wheels.

The competition, sponsored by Chase Sapphire Visa Signature, will hand over a check for $5,000 for a food-truck makeover for the women and also a $10,000 donation to Marin and San Francisco food banks.
