Auto Test: Infiniti G37 coupe Journey

(KCBS) – Nissans Infiniti division has come up with a sharp looking coupe obviously designed to appeal to the sporty driver. Power comes from a 300 horsepower 3.7 V6 matched to a fast shifting 7 speed automatic, plus manual shift levers on the steering wheel.

This is a rear-drive model with speed-sensitive power steering, a firm ride, but not unreasonable. The optional 19 inch tires on our test car had a slight tendency to wander at highway speeds, and follow grooves in the pavement.

Inside--comfortable bucket seats in front--twin rather flat seats in back and minimum legroom=-=probably best for carrying a dachsund length wise. Trunk--medium size with low entry.
