Brian Wilson, MC Hammer Star In Video Supporting San Francisco Mayor Lee

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - A YouTube video in support San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee's re-election campaign was released Tuesday featuring local celebrities rapping to MC Hammer's classic, "2 Legit 2 Quit."

The video stars Ashkon (of the San Francisco Giants World Series anthem "Don't Stop Believing" fame) and includes cameos from MC Hammer himself, Giants closer Brian Wilson, and former mayor Willie Brown, among others.

According to the credits, the video was not authorized by the candidate and was paid for by "San Franciscans for Jobs and Good Government" with major funding from Silicon Valley angel investor Ron Conway and Napster founder, Sean Parker.

Also appearing in the video is San Francisco 49ers great Ronnie Lott, the Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am and Twitter founder, Biz Stone.

In the video, Brian Wilson is wearing "Hammer pants" and an "Ed Lee For Mayor" t-shirt, with the phrase, "Fear the Mustache." Portions of the video also include what appears to be a photo of Lee's mustache spinning towards the viewer.

Watch the video.

The video release comes as Lee's campaign is under fire for reports suggesting that the mayor's  supporters were filing in ballots for voters this past Friday.
