Police Arrest 23 Occupy SF Protesters

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS/ AP) -- Police say they arrested four people Friday evening, bringing the total of arrests to 23 during Friday's anti-Wall Street protest in downtown San Francisco.

Police spokesman Carlos Manfredi says of those arrested, three were taken into custody on suspicion of trespassing inside the abandoned Cathedral Hill hotel.

Officers had entered the building to escort firefighters after protesters had pulled a fire alarm inside.

Manfredi says private security guards arrived Saturday morning to guard the hotel.

Most of Friday's arrests came around midday as protesters formed a human chain and tried to block an entrance to Well Fargo's headquarters.
