Raiders Sign Tackle Barnes To New 1-Year Deal

OAKLAND (CBS/AP) - The Oakland Raiders have agreed on a $2 million, one-year contract to bring back right tackle Khalif Barnes.

Barnes' agent, Kenneth Zuckerman, said Wednesday the sides had reached a deal to keep Barnes in Oakland for a fourth season.

After spending most of his first two years with the Raiders as a reserve, Barnes started all 16 games at right tackle last year.

The deal comes the same day the Raiders lost starting center Samson Satele to Indianapolis in free agency.

The Raiders signed guard Mike Brisiel to a four-year deal worth almost $20 million last week and brought back recently released guard Cooper Carlisle this week.
