The rally will be free to the public and will be followed by a private fundraising reception at the factory at 5 p.m. that costs at least $1,000 to attend, according to Solano County Republican Party organizers.

Because of Santorum’s visit, the Jelly Belly facility will close to the public early on Thursday. According to the company’s website, tours of the factory will end at 2:30 p.m., and the visitor center will only be open until 3:30 p.m.
