REDWOOD CITY (CBS SF) – An 18-year-old Redwood City woman was facing charges that she set her ex-boyfriend’s bed on fire while he was sleeping.

Prosecutors said the 21-year-old man awoke to his bed on fire on April 26 and screamed for his father, who put the flames out with a garden hose. He suffered minor burns on his arms and hands.

She allegedly showed up at his house on the day of the incident to talk about their relationship.
