Man Attacked, Dog Stolen In San Francisco Haight-Ashbury

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - A man had his dog stolen in a robbery in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood on Tuesday night, police said Wednesday.

The robbery was reported at about 8 p.m. near Haight and Cole streets.

The 51-year-old victim was walking when two male suspects attacked him and took his dog, according to police.

The suspects fled and had not been found as of Wednesday morning, police said.

The victim suffered a cut to his finger but refused medical attention, according to police.
