SAN JOSE (CBS SF) – The 23rd annual Cinequest Film Festival is kicking off in San Jose Tuesday with an opening night screening of “Ginger & Rosa” at the California Theatre.

The 13-day film festival will showcase more than 200 films from new and emerging film artists representing 44 countries, according to organizers.

This year’s festival features an evening with actor Harrison Ford, who is scheduled to receive the “Maverick Spirit Award” at a ceremony on Sunday night.
