SF Man Killed In Early-Morning West Oakland Shooting
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Police in Oakland are searching for witnesses to a fatal shooting that left a San Francisco man dead early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Ninth and Clay streets at about 3 a.m., according to police.
Arriving officers found a 37-year-old San Francisco resident on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
His identity was not released pending notification of the man's relatives.
No arrests were made, and suspect information was not yet available.
