COLMA (KPIX 5) – A search is on for a service dog that was stolen from its owner on a Bay Area Rapid Transit Train Wednesday night.
A Pomeranian named Archie had just accompanied its owner to a San Francisco SPCA fundraiser and the duo was returning home on BART when the theft occurred.
