San Jose's Aaron Gordon Leads West All-Star Team To Victory
CHICAGO, IL (CBS SF) -- The McDonald's All-American Games took place Wednesday evening in Chicago and four local Bay Area players helped lead their West teams to victory.
San Jose's Aaron Gordon collected 24 points and 8 rebounds to lead the Boys West Team to a 110-99 victory over the East.
His performance earned him the title of 2013 McDonald's All American Games MVP. He also amazed onlookers with his skills during the dunk contest. Aaron has committed to being an Arizona Wildcat.
Antioch's Marcus Lee and Richmond's Jabari Bird put up 2 points with 2 rebounds and 9 points with 3 rebounds, respectively.
For the Girls West Team, Oakland's Oderah Chidom contributed 2 points, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks to the 92-64 win over the Girls East Team.
