2-Alarm Fire In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A two-alarm residential fire in San Jose displaced two adult residents Saturday morning, according to fire officials.

The fire began in a bedroom of a single-family dwelling near the intersection of Sherwood and Portola avenues, according to fire officials.

The fire was reported at 1:10 a.m. and brought under control by firefighters at about 1:45 a.m., according to fire officials.

The fire displaced two adult residents, fire officials said.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
