80 Acre Lakeville Fire 50% Contained
LAKEVILLE (CBS SF) -- A grass fire that has burned 80 acres along Lakeville Highway six miles southeast of Petaluma is 50 percent contained, Cal Fire said.
The fire was reported at 1:44 p.m. and is also burning eucalyptus trees near the Pegasus Ranch at 6525 Lakeville Highway, Cal Fire spokeswoman Tiffany Mercado said.
Cal Fire, the Marin County Fire Department and local fire departments responded to the blaze, Mercado said.
