SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — Police were investigating a stabbing early Monday morning in San Francisco’s Mission Terrace neighborhood.

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 4700 block of Mission Street at about 1:25 a.m., police said.

When officers arrived, they found a person suffering from at least one stab wound.

The victim was transported to a hospital and is in serious condition, according to police.
