SAN RAMON (KCBS) — A vehicle struck and severely injured a pedestrian in San Ramon on Monday morning.

The collision happened at Stoneleaf and South Wedgewood Roads at 6:10 a.m.

The unidentified man was taken to a local hospital. Police told KCBS that his injuries were severe.

The driver, an unidentified woman, remained at scene and was not arrested.

Other details about the collision have not been released and police were on scene investigating.
