East Palo Alto Shooting Leaves Man Injured
EAST PALO ALTO (CBS SF) -- An East Palo Alto man was shot Sunday evening on Pulgas Avenue, according to police.
The shooting was detected by a Shotspotter sensor at 7:36 p.m. on the 2300 block of Pulgas Avenue, according to police.
Police then received a call reporting a gunshot victim.
The victim, a 21-year-old male, had returned home with a gunshot wound to his lower leg, police said.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury, and was reported to be in stable condition, police said.
