"Amazing Spider-Man 2" Unveils Super Bowl Teaser

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) -- If the teaser is any indication, "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" should live up to it's title.

The Super Bowl teaser for the film is now online, and while it's only 40 seconds long, it certainly manages to amaze.

We find Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone back as Parker/Spider-Man and Gwen Stacy, but there's a new bad guy, played by Jamie Foxx -- Electro.

"You wanted to be the hero," says Electro. "Now you've got to pay the price."

The line sets off some electrifying fast action and then suddenly, it cuts to 'black' and the graphic says, "see what happens next on Super Bowl Sunday."

"The Amazing Spider-Man 2," also featuring cast newcomers Dane DeHaan (Harry Osborn), Paul Giamatti (Rhino) and Chris Cooper (Norman Osborn), will open in theaters on May 2.
